All credit card payments at Sarajevo Salsa Congress page are made through the Monri Payment System. The MONRI Payment service, which uses SSL 128-bit encryption, protects your personal data and card numbers. By going to a secure site (SSL) for online payment, entering your data (card number, etc.) and making the payment itself, you accept all the rules of sarajevosalsa.com. Likewise, you accept that your card will be charged for the amount of the ticket price in EUR in equivalent value (at the official exchange rate of the institution that issued you the card) on the day of payment.

CREDIT CARD ONLINE PAYMENT
This service is made possible by Monri Payment System and UniCredit Bank which performs processing and billing. Monri Payment System keeps all your data strictly confidential. After each successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation of the completed payment by email.
Do I have any additional costs?
The festival prices are determined each year and published in our Tickets section. Costs when paying by credit card are shown at checkout and increased by the amount of the bank commission.

3. REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that after paying and completing your registrations, we will not be able to refund your money under any circumstance. We will, however, in case of special circumstances allow to use your registration for the next edition of Sarajevo Salsa Congress or you may try to offer your pass to someone else who hasn't registered already, as long as you inform us about it. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
